Ein kleines nettes Haus mit ca. 70m2 Wohnfläche in ruhiger Lage, am Johannesweg, 4 km bis zur Therme und 25 Autominuten von Linz. Unser Haus wurde 1974 gebaut und 2019 komplett saniert. Daher ist es modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Hier kann man sich erholen, entspannen oder am Johannesweg bei einer 3-tägigen Pilgerreise eine Auszeit nehmen und die Magie des Mühlviertel spüren. Durch unser Reitwegenetz von rund 700 km auf der Mühlviertel-Alm freuen wir uns auch immer über Wanderreiter!

Urlaubswohnung im Kurort Bad Zell

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses in einer ruhigen Sackgasse am Ortsrand und besteht aus einem Vorraum, einem großen Schlafzimmer und einem kleinen Schlafzimmer, einem Badezimmer mit WC und Waschmaschine und einer Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung . Alle Räume sind vom Vorraum aus getrennt begehbar. Von der Wohnküche aus geht es direkt auf eine 21m2 große Holzterrasse in den Vorgarten. Vor dem Haus ist ein kostenloser Parkplatz, überall WLAN, Gartenblick.

This is country house retreat is just 2 hrs drive from Vienna and perfect for a large family or group of friends. Located in the Waldviertel area, this country house is nestled in the Austrian countryside surrounded by forest and wilderness with a outdoor barrel sauna for 6 people. The nearest swimming lakes 15 min drive and ski village just 6 mins drive away. Spacious 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house is great for exploring the nearby lakes, ski resorts, wineries, restaurants and hikes.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base
