Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. We hope you will too, when you stay.

A cosy 1-bed loft apartment in the countryside, part of our family home—ideal for a peaceful getaway. Includes en-suite, full kitchen, living/dining area, log burner, and private balcony with woodland views. Take advantage of direct access to our quiet lakeside and the winding woodland trails that surround the property. Accessed via private steep stairs (not suitable for those with mobility issues). Burwell is perfectly located between Newmarket and Cambridge, with both being only a short drive away.
