Numerous parks, trails, and golf courses are also nearby, offering plenty of opportunities for family fun.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Eagan Minnesota. Easy access to Cedar Ave (Highway 77), 35E, 35W and 494. Located just 5 minutes from the world famous Mall of America and just 10 minutes from the airport. There are multiple grocery stores and restaurants just minutes away. The Rumpus room has an electric fireplace, Roku TV, comfy chairs, sleeper sofa and a wall hung desk. There's board games, books, & puzzles. Bar top dining. The kitchen is well equipped. The bath/ laundry area has a good size shower, higher toilet, blow dryer, towels, etc. There is a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron.

This custom built home was completed and furnished 2016. Large lot, full walkout basement w/ bar, 5 bed + office with couch-sofa, 4.5 bath, screened porch, beautiful views. Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Great small town and quiet neighborhood

Guests have private access to the lower level studio space featuring a queen bed with a great mattress, fast wifi, workspace and bathroom. Filtered water for drinking, coffee and tea are provided. Located in the heart of Minneapolis with coffee shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and easy access to bike trails and public transportation. Please note the space is for single travelers.
