This spacious 4-bedroom home features three bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms, plus a downstairs bunk room with four bunks and a convenient half bath (seperate from the main house) The open-concept kitchen and living area offer plenty of space to relax, cook, and spend quality time together. Designed for comfort and connection, the home is perfect for families and group stays. To maintain a peaceful environment, parties are not allowed.

The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers for your comfort. And the kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. We are minutes from Sargent Beach and the Intracoastal. If you want to get away to the beach and avoid the crowds, come stay in our beautiful home on Sargent Beach just a 1hr30minute drive from Houston. Enjoy 360degree water views from our home , fishing from our amazing pier, and watching the tug boats, dolphin & plethora of birds pass through. What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).

You will rest for Shore in this cute little Cabana. This house has its own private pathway to the Beach! This would be the Perfect little geataway for 2 or more! There is also a room and bathroom downstairs if you have a couple friend. Sleeps 4 total. 2 bedrooms with Queen Beds. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in living room that could fit 2 extra. Come see the best sunset and sunrise views when you step out of the house. Birdwatching, Shelling, Tan Lines and more!
