The large back yard provides plenty of outdoor space. The home is located just 4 minutes from the west entrance of the Sand Mountain Park and Amphitheater and 15 minutes from Lake Guntersville.

The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

A tiny home that is located right at the foot of Lookout Mountain and just in front of Weiss Lake. Here you are less than a mile from a public boat access. Minutes away from Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Little River, Coosa River, and Neely Henry Lake. The home sits across the field from me and is situated with a twin home that could be rented by someone else. Yours will be the one on the left.

Looking for something a little off the beaten path? Somewhere to unwind and relax. Sounds of nature and sitting on a bluff with a large creek below. Then Coyote’s Cabin on Scarham Creek is the place. We do not have WIFI or TV. Just a small space perfect for 1 or 2. Enjoy your coffee on the large deck in the morning and in the evening, the hot tub. Feeling adventurous, take a hike to the creek below ❤️
