Villa Lean is a beautiful, private villa nestled in the hills of Tuscany’s wine country above the ancient walled village of Lucca . The original farmhouse was previously owned by David Lean, the famous film director; who fell in love with the breathtaking views. The main house sleeps 8 people; it has four well-lit bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a first floor sitting room. The oldest part of the house, which dates back to the 12th century,adjoins the main house and sleeps 2 .

Il nome dato alla struttura deriva dal boschetto di 23 tipi di camelie che si trovano nel parco medesimo. La casa è stata finemente ristrutturata pur mantenedo la struttura originale e con nessun cambiameno all'esterno . Gli alberi secolari di alto fusto e l'atmosfera che si respira camminando nel parco vi immergono nella Storia del passato.
