Das gemütliche, modern rustikale Apartment, liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu bestens ausgebauten Wanderwegen, sowie einem großen Loipennetzwerk . Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Das gemütliche Chalet (60 qm) im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch und ein Bad mit einer Dusch-Badewanne (Fön), WC und Bidet. Die Wohnküche hat einen Geschirrspüler, einen Herd mit Cerankochfeld und Backofen, einen Dunstabzug und einen Kühlschrank mit Gefriermöglichkeit. Des Weiteren sind Elektrogeräte wie Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster vorhanden.
