The property is situated in the scenic village of Littleham, 2.3 miles from the seaside town of Exmouth, located 30 minutes from Exeter. It boasts a myriad of activities for all ages. With a picturesque seafront spanning two miles of golden sands, stunning walking routes and vast selection of restaurants.

Our flat is perfect for visiting East Devon. It’s located on a quiet road close to the South West Coast Path, golf course and walking distance to Budleigh Salterton. Modern and spacious it has a bedroom and en-suite downstairs. The open plan kitchen/living area is upstairs. It has fibre broadband, with Disney+The kitchen is well-equipped. It has plenty of room for parking. The entire space is for the sole use of guests. We live next door, happy to help with any advice on the local area.
