Enjoy all the beautiful views and hiking trails the valley has to offer and then check out the charm and amazing dining of downtown Durango. This 270 square foot tiny house is very comfortable, and although it is similar to a studio, it is set up with a full size kitchen and bathroom, as well as a full size bed on the main floor, so you can feel at home. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed!"

There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Note: If a big winter you will need a 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle to access the neighborhood.

Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. Cute and cozy year-round camping cabin available for rent as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Camping Cabins do NOT have water inside the cabin. Drinking water is readily available. Our heated restrooms and shower facilities are only a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily to make sure they are clean and ready for our guests.
