The park has an oversized heated community pool, kids splash pad, dog park, hammock park, laundry facility and birding pond. Next to the tiny home is a private 15 x12 foot palapa with an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is complete with a nice gas grill, granite counter tops, a mini fridge, fire pit, lights and a fan.
