Amenities include queen bed, full size sofa bed, small sleeping loft with queen, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, A/C and heat, and a 6-hole disc golf course! Steps away from the rose garden in Applegate Park, our renovated guest house is centrally located in downtown Merced. This guest house is separate from the main house and is located in the backyard of the property. It is 3 blocks from the Amtrak and YART, and an easy 10-minute walk to Main Street in downtown Merced. A bike path along a creek, playgrounds, and the local zoo are also walking distance. Merced is a wonderful place to visit on a trip to Yosemite and those looking to visit UC Merced.

Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Experience the historic Gold Country and Yosemite national park staying in this newly renovated 1800s mining cabin. Originally built in the late 1800s for the miners of the Crystal Rock mine, the cottage now has heat, air conditioning, highspeed wifi, a kitchen, and bathroom. The Broken Branch is a small working ranch, so the beautiful sunrise views include several horses, donkeys, and goats. It's about an hour and a half to Yosemite and only minutes from downtown Columbia and Sonora.
