(Unfortunately no watercraft is allowed on or near the dock due to HOA rules) The house features a huge living room for guests to unwind after a day in the lake and a beautiful lake view deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise in the morning . Home is located in nice, quiet subdivision south of Livingston.

This is the perfect couple retreat. Fish, use the paddle boat or bring your kayak, great birding and photo opportunities. Slow down and relax and reconnect with nature and each other. This is a simple cabin. Clean, comfortable and great views from every window. It is raised so there are stairs inside and out. Once upstairs you feel like you are staying in a tree house. There is currently no internet available.

Secluded 33 Acres, Private Pond and Trails

Enjoy private use of 33 acres surrounding a secluded pond near Lake Livingston. From the hilltop porch enjoy the view of the valley flowing into the pond, wander trails through the woods, sunbathe on the dock, quietly paddle the water, or simply settle in with a book by the fire pit. Cabin is on a lakefront and the view is amazing! Great for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. There will be free use of boats and fishing equipment. Inside the cabin is a collection of dvd movies and games for entertainment. Also, the neighborhood has a private beach (white sands) that is about 15 minute walk away.
