The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals.It has a new split system heating and aircon. It has a nice shower. There is a smart tv and great wifi if you need to work.It has a large courtyard with a garden and also a terrace. There is mountain views and sea views. In summer its a different vibe. If you like relaxing in the sun, swimming in beautiful clear water and listening to the waves as you fall asleep at night you will be very happy here. Το σπίτι μας βρισκεται στο κέντρο του Λεωνιδίου, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, μόλις 2 λεπτα με τα πόδια από όλα τα καταστήματα και τις καφετέριες. Από τη βεράντα θα απολαύσετε τον ήλιο και τη θέα του Λεωνιδίου πανοραμικά. Η κρεβατοκάμαρα έχει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι με ανατομικό στρώμα και μπορούν να κοιμηθούν 2 άτομα. Ένα επιπλέον άτομο μπορεί να κοιμηθεί στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο στον καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε κρεβάτι. Κατόπιν αιτήματος, μπορούμε να παρέχουμε ένα επιπλέον μονό κρεβάτι. Για τους επισκέπτες που έχουν βρέφη, διαθέτουμε πάρκο. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και υπάρχουν όλα όσα χρειάζεστε για να μαγειρέψετε και να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας. My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Traditional house providing plenty modern necessities. At the peaceful Upper Tyros village. Το σπίτι μας είναι studio και φιλοξενεί 2 άτομα. Είναι καινούριο (2019) και έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Στον κήπο μπορείτε να πάρετε το πρωινό σας, να απολαύσετε την ημέρα κάτω από τη φυσική σκιά των δέντρων και να χαλαρώσετε το βράδυ.

The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
