The Prancying Pony is a short walk to the University of Oklahoma Campus, Historic Downtown Arts District, restaurants, and dining. The Pony is a quiet and secluded cabana with beautiful garden and pool. The ambiance, the outdoor space, and neighborhood make this the ideal location for exploring the best of Norman. Welcome to Poppy’s Place, a cozy family home full of history and heart. Poppy, a longtime OU law professor, raised his family here for 46 years and walked to the nearby law school each day. Enjoy the pool, relax in the den, and make lasting memories. Walk to the University of Oklahoma Law School, Greek Row, Lloyd Noble Center (OU Gymnastics), Reeves Park, and Love’s Field. A perfect home base for game days, campus visits, and family getaways.

A small 1100 sq foot bungalow built in 1937 with some modern updates. Our cozy home is within walking distance to Campus Corner, Memorial Stadium and quick access to Downtown Norman. We are minutes away from the University and it’s safe to walk around. If you choose to stay at home we have provided plenty of seating area to enjoy your visit with family or friends.

Enjoy a stylish experience that is located near OU Campus. It is an industrial, modern space. Within walking distance grocery stores, food options, and the University of Oklahoma. Triad Village is perfect for couples, travelers, business travelers, solo adventures, and families. We easily accommodate six guest but can welcome up to 8 people.

One half mile from the Lloyd Noble Center and 1.6 miles from Gaylord Memorial Stadium. Close to campus corner. If you are energetic enough, you can walk to the game but many prefer to park at the Lloyd Noble Center and take the bus! Great location for family gatherings with large yard, side yard and deck.

Come and go as you please from this completely remodeled private entry suite. Quiet neighborhood less than 1 mile to south campus. Enjoy a queen size platform bed and walk-in shower. Cozy and clean. Your space shares a wall with our home’s den. As such we can’t guarantee you won't hear our small children.
