Our guesthouse is in our back garden, we are in main house if you need any assistance. Property is on quiet street in Margate just mile away from Margate centre. Little guesthouse based on a couple stay. Family of 4 could be accommodate ( 2 adults, 2 children) if they happy to share sofa bed (additional charge). Property has bedroom with double bed, living space with small kitchen which includes kettle, toaster and mini fridge. Parking near the house. Entrance through the garden side gate.

The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat may not be suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor. No TV, but a projector is supplied. New! Insanely comfy dog bed.
