It has its own decking enjoying fantastic beach/sea views and is only a stone's throw from Perranporth's golden, sandy surfing beach. It is also very close to village amenities. This property is situated in a small village, set on the north coast of Cornwall which is renowned for its beautiful surfing beaches and coastal walks. The closest beach 'Holywell' is a 5 min drive or a 20 min walk and there are many more fantastic beaches in the vicinity. Truro, Perranporth and Newquay as well as the airport are all within 20 mins drive, Eden Project 40 mins and the A30 is 7 min away. Great for couples all year around for mid-season walking holidays and get away winter breaks.
