Perfect for that intimate getaway with breath taking views on your doorstep, within easy reach of Whitsand Bay, Mount Edgecombe and Fowey.

Simple to access from the A38 or the London mainline - it’s a secret escape near beaches, restaurants, pubs, a 24hr Little Waitrose, farm shop, stately homes and attractions. There is room for two adults and up to two little children (sharing small sofa bed/one in travel cot), or one older child. One night stays are restricted: Max two guests. We have one double bedroom with stylish interior, a lovely shower room with blue tooth mirror cabinet and all you will need in the Kitchen. We have a lovely cosy lounge with strong BT WI-FI and TV.

The Carriage Room is a self-contained studio attached to a Victorian coach house (Highfield House) with its own separate entrance. EV charger available. Highfield House is in the picturesque village of St Germans, backed by open fields for long walks with views down the Lynher estuary. 10 mins drive from the Cornish coast including the beautiful beaches of Portwrinkle and Whitsands Bay. 2 minute walk from the train station with regular services to Penzance, Plymouth and London Paddington.
