PLEASE NOTE: The property is not to be used for parties. Neighbours have been instructed notify local authorities if they experience loud noise or disruption to this quiet pocket of the village. An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. Maison individuelle, située en campagne sur notre propriété aborée, prés de notre mas provençal, où vous pourrez vous ressourcer au plus proche de la nature dans un cadre de verdure . Vous pouvez séjourner en toute autonomie, mais aussi profiter de notre région riche d'histoire, de son terroir et d'activités plein air (vélo,canoë,équitation,randonnée..). La piscine vous est réservée le long de votre séjour de 9h à 20h30. Elle est traité au sel,elle n'est pas chauffée. Le village se situe à 2km.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Roquemaure, à proximité d'Avignon en plein cœur du vignoble des Cotes du Rhône. Petite maison cocooning proche d'Avignon, du département de Vaucluse, mais aussi de la région d'Uzès, du Pont du Gard et de Nîmes. Au RdC 1 Séjour/Salon avec 1 canapé lit de 2 places, 1 cuisine équipée, 1 Wc; A l'étage 1 chambre parentale avec lit de 160 et 1 douche à l'Italienne. Une grande terrasse avec vue sur le Mont Ventoux et Château Neuf du Pape vous permettra de passer un agréable moment de détente.

Studio proche Avignon au calme

Faites une pause et détendez-vous dans cette oasis paisible située dans un petit village du Gard offrant toutes les commodités. Entre Avignon et Orange, cette localité est le point de départ de nombreuses visites, Avignon et son festival, le Pont du Gard, Nîmes,... Au calme et fonctionnel, cet hébergement pour 2 personnes dispose d'une cuisine, d'une salle d'eau avec WC, de la WIFI, d'une place de parking et d'un accès à la piscine des propriétaires (deux heures par jour à convenir)!

La dépendance provençale

Restaurée par nos soins la dépendance provençale est au coeur d'un village Gardois paisible, à proximité de nombreuses activités (Théâtre antique d'Orange 10min, palais des Papes d'Avignon 25min, Pont du Gard 25min...à 1h15 de la mer). L'accès à la maison louée se fait via une pièce traversante de notre maison, le petit jardin ( encore en cours d’aménagement)et la piscine ( opérationnelle en juin-juill- août) sont commun mais la maison louée est totalement indépendante

Apartamento de 2 habitaciones en mas provenzal

El Mas incluye un apartamento muy tranquilo de 2/3 habitaciones con aire acondicionado en medio de los viñedos, sin vistas y sin contaminación acústica de los propietarios cercanos. A 5 minutos de la autopista A9, en medio de los viñedos, este apartamento independiente de 2/3 habitaciones con cocina equipada, cama doble grande (140cm) y sofá cama de 2 plazas (160cm) con colchón de 19cm. El 3er dormitorio solo está disponible bajo petición con un cargo extra de 20 euros

You'll find us just a 10 minutes walk from the medieval village of Saint Laurent des Arbres and conveniently situated between the historic cities of Nîmes 30mins. and Avignon 25mins. There is easy access to the beaches, and the famous ‘ Camargue’ region. We are minutes from a beautiful pine forest and surrounded by vineyards. It's a great place for walking, biking and hiking and ideally situated for sightseeing.

Au 1er étage 2 chambres(2 lits 140cm + 2 lits pliants 80cm), une salle de bain, wc, balcon. Grande terrasse et jardin arboré de 300m2, grand trampoline pour les enfants. 2 places de parking Les animaux ne sont pas admis. Les fêtes ne sont pas autorisées.

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
