One of the best restaurants in Sydney. NYC chef David Chiang has brought asian fusion to Sydney. Well worth the cost - but be aware that bookings are only online and open 2 weeks prior to the date.

I love champagne - and Black is the only place i know in Sydney that does unlimited Moet & Chandon with their Sunday Brunch Menu. Drink as much as you want from 12pm till 3pm - food is pretty good too
