Amazingly consistent French restaurant by the king of Philly restaurants, Steven Starr. This restaurant is the highest grossing restaurant in the city on a square footage basis and your host loves it. I'm close w the sommelier and can always try to get you in if it's busy. No promises.

Great menu and very European. Salads and dessert are excellent. Perfect on a nice day as you can sit outside. Somewhat pricey.

A must see on your visit. My best insiders tip is that there is a free performance every single night at 6PM. You can buy food and cocktails during the performance. This is a great date spot, family spot and cool to go alone. Awesome cafeteria on the rooftop with sweeping views of the city.
