Natural park with bird watch tower in the field that offers good opportunities to see resting and nesting birds in the water and large reed areas. Summertime cows graze the area so please respect them and make sure the gates are closed.

Running and MTB-trails. The illuminated track has several different trails. The 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5 km trails are illuminated. Parallel with the 2.5 km illuminated skiing trail is a Mountain-bike track. In the winter there are trails for cross-country skiing, both classical style and skate-skiing. There are parking places and ski-waxing huts on the site. The entrances to the parking place are from Gredelbyleden and Boängsvägen.
