You can get the freshest fish here. Choose one and ask them to make "Hoe" (aka Sashimi) for you. Ask for the fish remains. Then chose one of the restaurants on the first floor. They charge you a service fee and you can go there to have your fresh cut fish and they will cook a hot and spicy fish soup from the "rest of your fish". A true insider activity!
