It's actually very amazing with the beautiful Colonial place in the backgroung the band plays National Treasures, and even a few contemporary latin pieces, then there's the Pomp and all that....and the marching, and the yells, and finally, the Guard Change.....A must do!

El Teatro Canout fue un sueño hecho realidad por la Sra. Clara Canout Cevallos Vda. de Muro quien tenía su casa en el terreno ubicado en la Avenida Arequipa que terminaba en la Avenida Pettit Thouars, en donde se ubicaba su huerta. Pero ella, quien fue siempre una mujer emprendedora quiso cumplir una promesa hecha a su padre con algo que perpetuara su apellido, ya que éste, el Sr. Miguel Canout , un ingeniero francés que llego al Perú para la instalación de molinos de arroz en Ferreñafe, había tenido cuatro hijos , dos mujeres y dos varones , estos últimos fallecieron jóvenes y sin descendencia , por lo que su apellido no perduraría en el tiempo y eso lo entristecía mucho.
