A sweet story of owner/chef Mao who came to San Pancho with his 3 girls and opened a gourmet food truck featuring authentic sopes with unusual twist during the pandemic. The food truck is now replaced with his own gorgeous courtyard space set under a tree of shining lights, often with acoustic guitar music on the weekends. There is no true printed menu, but rather a choice of daily inspired sopes (seafood, vegetable, meat). Mao is going to make a name for himself soon, with already a documentary made about his journey to sharing the communion of food.
Price is ~100 MXN dollars per sope and suggested portion is about 2-3 sopes per adult, 1-2 per child.

Prieta is a sweet, hip coffee shop too cute to pass up! The price is a bit steeper than usual, but makes a romantic stop and is located adjacent to Santa Madre Surf Shop if you are headed out for a tour with their group.

Particularly if you wish to swim, you may know the waves of San Pancho are for experienced swimmers. Highly recommend this for anyone!
Check out a day pass or weekly pass (25USD pp/day or 100USD per week pp) to swim in the pools, take in the cocktails/restaurant, use gym pass or just chill and unwind. Reservations are required.
The beach club is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00am to 8:00 pm for Day Pass and restaurant. If you want to visit, the price of the Day Pass is MXN $500.00 ($25 usd) per person for use of the facilities (pool, beach chairs, towels, and amenities) or weekly pass MXN $2000 ($100 usd). Also, if there is an event like Wedding on a Saturday the beach club closes. They say the policy is adults and teenagers of 13 years old and over are allowed, however we have yet to be turned away and see families with young children there all the time. If you would like to attend only the restaurant or have some drinks and enjoy the sunset, you do not have to pay the Day Pass fee and there is no age restriction (Please consider that the last seating we offer for restaurant is at 6:15pm).
Additional services: Wellness center (yoga, masages and facials).

Even though a car is not absolutely essential to San Pancho, consider a golf cart as a fun way to zip and zoom around the pueblo during your stay! This is especially useful if you have kids or just do not want to walk home at night in the dark. Also helps when looking for parking! :)

Bicimas Bike and Hike offers bike rentals right on the main street of San Pancho, as well as bike tours and hike tours with guides. Do note that most of the streets locally are cobblestone, so I would only recommend bike rental if you feel confident rider!

ATMS
There are 3 main ATMS we use in SP a ton. The absolute best one is a NEW ADDITION---in the new Agua de Luna Hotel, next to Amar Y Ya Cafe which is great for coffee, bakery and brunch sandwiches (address corner of Calle Asia, Egipto 8).
The second is located directly inside the mini grocery store El Indio on avenida America Latina. The third ATM is located inside the Pharmacy next to Wanderlust Real estate on Tercer Mundo.
There is another next to the hospital but not reliable.
One note, ATMS usually are filled at beginning of week. It is not unusual for cash to be gone by Sunday.

There are several pharmacies in San Pancho where you can get literally anything you may need. My favorite is located next to Wanderlust Real estate on Avenida Tercer Mundo (also has an ATM inside). There is also a nice one next to the Hospital and a few located by the beach.
