Only 12 miles from the house you can view the falls from a platform a short walk from the parking area. Afterward you can dine a the Salish Lodge where Twin Peaks was filmed. They also have a lovely spa at the lodge where you can book massages.

Amazing lebanese food with the best house made naan ever. Amazing views over the cascade mountain range. The restaraunt does not serve alcohol but has lots of other fun drinks. Don't miss the lebanese pizzas- the Cheese Man’oushe is my favorite.

Reservations required and check the conditions of the Snoqualmie pass before you head out to see if AWD is required. Great place to take the kids snow tubing and no walking back up the hills!

Leavenworth is a German themed town about 100 miles east on the other side of the mountains. It’s a breathtaking drive there and the town is beautifully decorated during the winter holidays but be mindful of the conditions on the passes before heading out.
