There is a local trolley as well as a bike trail.
Trolley can be picked up on Alt 19 a short walk from the house. The trolley takes you to Dunedin, Safety Harbor and Clearwater Beach if you don't want to drive.
The Pinellas Trail is right outside the house. It's 40 miles of trail that can be biked or walked.
