Don't miss the Saturday or Monday market scene at Noordermarkt (Jordaan area). On Saturday you can find biological produce & vintage household stuff. It's a great place for people watching and have lunch or a drink in one of the many surrounding cafe's and restaurants. On Monday the market is for vintage clothing. 10 minutes by bike or 20 minute walk.
