We generally recommend folks go here so they can see the Empire State Building. It’s really nice to see everything during the day, vs at night, in our opinions. That said, a good plan can be to go at dusk for both daytime and nighttime views.

A very urban park - it’s a lovely place to hang out and sit or picnic. The winter village has a lot to offer and ice skating there is lovely. It can be very busy so go during off peak hours to avoid the big crowds.
