This supermarket is fantastic especially if you plan to buy larger quantities and so for families and groups it is a great place to go to. Taxis can take you there and wait whilst you shop!

This supermarket is fantastic especially if you plan to buy larger quantities and so for families and groups it is a great place to go to. Taxis can take you there and wait whilst you shop!

Martina is a popular beach club where you get a sundeck on the beach during the day. They have a section with a pool surrounded by tables for those looking for a place with party scene. You can spend a great day and enjoy some music right in the center of Playa Del Carmen.

Amazing beach club which is located about 20 minutes by car from Playa Del Carmen and with a private beach and great restaurant. The path to the beach club is quite an adventure but the nature there is preserved and the water crystal blue.

La Playa Xpu Ha is my personal recommendation for an amazing and authentic beach club with an absolutely amazing beach and blue water in front of you. This beach club is located in between Playa and Tulum so it can be done on a day trip or on the way to Tulum for example. The restaurant is quality and prices are very affordable.

La Playa Xpu Ha is my personal recommendation for an amazing and authentic beach club with an absolutely amazing beach and blue water in front of you. This beach club is located in between Playa and Tulum so it can be done on a day trip or on the way to Tulum for example. The restaurant is quality and prices are very affordable.
The Reef is a hotel located in Playacar but they also offer day passes for about $40 per day per person. This includes foods and drinks unlimited. The beach there is pristine with white sand and much less crowded. A great option for a relaxing day!

The beach in front is absolutely beautiful and with white sand. The restaurant offers many options and great cocktails and the price is extremely reasonable compared to other places in Tulum. There is a minimum spend per person for the sunbeds with shade of 1,000 MXN per person.

For a healthier option, Green&Fit is located right next to the main gym in Playa Del Carmen called Evolve. At Green&Fit you can grab salads, pokes, or healthy wraps and a variety of juices.

Cenote Cristalino is another one of the cenotes which often hit the top 10 list of the best cenotes in Quintana Roo and Mexico. It is right next to cenote Azul so you could do both in the same day. Usually you won't spend a whole day at a cenote in any case so this could be a great option for you to discover multiple places in the same day. It is fairly large and there are plenty of areas where you can swim freely.
