This was the site of one of the earliest Roman Forts built again Saxon raids. Toilets , cafe and car parking spaces available and a great place to visit whether you love history or not.

Deal is a quaint, quirky and quintessential seaside town in the Garden of England and a half hour drive from the apartment. With a pebble beach, pier, great restaurants amazing views and location for the filming of ‘Liar’ it most certainly warrants a day out.
