You can never go wrong with Cansi in anytime of the day (though it's best when it's raining). One bowl is good for 2-3pax. Owner Delia Yanguer said their eatery has been serving customers, including foreign tourists and balikbayans, since 1985. The cansi house is Located at C-58 Capitol Shopping Center, Narra Ave, Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod, 6100 Negros Occidental and opens daily from 7:30 am -8pm.

This late 19th century baroque style-church made of coral stone is the seat of Roman Catholic Diocese of Bacolod. It was in 1933 when this was declared a cathedral. The church survived the test of times and stands strongly along Rizal Street. To get there, hop on a Bata-Libertad jeepney.
