Food Scene
One of our all time favourite restaurants in Sayulita is Don Juan’s. It’s not directly in town, (cross the Punta de Mita Highway), but the small effort to get there is well worth it. It has a wonderful atmosphere and serves both Mexican and North American food.

Tierra Viva offers something for everyone; breakfast, lunch and dinner. In our opinion the best place for breakfast! The upstairs patio is lovely and they often have live music in the evening. Their two large screen TVs are also great if you want to catch a game. From Casa Bonita follow the road down past the plaza heading towards the beach and it is on your left.

Tierra Viva

If you are looking for a great coffee spot or a fresh smoothie, stop in at The Anchor. It is the closest place to our Casa. If you walk directly down the hill it will be on left hand side before you hit the main road.

La Rustica is a fun and lively place located right in the center of town. Whenever we arrive in Sayulita, this is the place we come to first. We immediately find ourselves in the heart of everything and are once again reminded that we are home. Their thin crust pizzas are cooked inside a wood burning pizza oven and they are excellent. Street musicians and fire entertainers will keep you mesmerized! Enjoy!

La Rústica
40C Av. RevoluciónLa Rustica is a fun and lively place located right in the center of town. Whenever we arrive in Sayulita, this is the place we come to first. We immediately find ourselves in the heart of everything and are once again reminded that we are home. Their thin crust pizzas are cooked inside a wood burning pizza oven and they are excellent. Street musicians and fire entertainers will keep you mesmerized! Enjoy!
ChocoBanana is a great breakfast spot! It is located right in the plaza, its a great sit down spot, or stop in at there window and grab yourself a coffee & muffin.

Alas Blancas also has a reasonable selection of grocery items including fresh fruit/vegetables, beer, wine, and liquor. You’ll find it one block towards the beach from Choco Banana by the plaza.
