This is one of five 1933 World's Fairs Houses of the Future. They were barged across the Lake to Beverly Shores as a marketing ploy for the Beverly Shores resort development. The houses were deteriorating (some fell into the Lake) until Indiana Landmarks was able to save them. Worth a drive by!
