Sightseeing
We have two adult bikes and two kid bikes. If you need more, this is the place to go. They also rent kayaks (we have two) and canoes (we have one).

Every time I go into this place I lose track of time! They have three floors or treasures to look and purchase. I found the phone in the Lorine Niedecker room there. Check out the bear in the basement.

Upscale consignment shop with furniture and knick knacks. They have also added reupholstering. The building itself is majestic, so just walking through it is worth it. Plus you will find something to buy...just warning you!

This golf course is manicured and well maintained. It is a little challenging on some holes, but plays true. Highly recommend golfing here.

We really enjoy going through the covered bridge. - which is pretty far away. The trail does run parallel with a highway after about five miles. . Remember, we do have approx 9 bikes at the bungalow.

This was the most unusual museum - but I did learn a lot about cows, ducks, and our beloved Lorine Niedecker. It really was interesting.

They reconstructed what the fort looked like back in the day. Originally it was call fort koshkonong, but was later changed to fort Atkinson. The reconstruction was also moved, originally it was at he confluence of the Bark and Rock Rivers - not too far from our bungalow.

Cute little park with a one mile hiking/biking trail. It is literally 12 houses away from the bungalow - you can walk there. Nearby is a pond that freezes in thewinter and you can ice skate there. Check out the really nice warming house - in the middle of no where!
