Getting To Sunday River
Driving to Sunday River requires you to park. Some hidden spots to park are as you turn into Whitecap Lodge. Directly to your right is a parking lot that often has close parking. A stairway leads you to the side of whitecap lodge. If you arrive after 10, you can usually find parking at Barker or the upper lot of Southridge. For guaranteed parking, arrive 30 minutes before the lifts start spinning.

A new ice rink went up in town on Philbrook street which is directly across from the IGA grocery store on Main Street.

Cross country skiing and snowshoeing
Check out Carters and Bethel Inn for cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the area. Trails are well marked but with restrictions so check before you go. Both locations rent equipment, including fat bikes at the Bethel Inn.
