Several restaurants all with terraces along the beach offer a wide variety of excellent cuisine, at reasonable prices. This is the iconic view of Las Terrenas. It is a nice 7 minute stroll down the beach from Sans Souci. (The map location is not correct. It is next to Av Italia.)

Marc & Valerie run one of the very best restaurants in Las Terrenas, and it is just at the end of the block. Head to the beach, turn left and go about 20 meters. Go for the Plat du Jour, or whatever Marc thinks is really good today.

This is one of the very best restaurants in Las Terrenas. The food is excellent, the service attentive & the prices are very reasonable. A "must visit" place!

Mojitos has a great 2 for 1 Happy Hour every Wednesday night from 5:30-7 pm. It is a major gathering place for the expat community. It provides an excellent opportunity to learn about living in LT and getting tips on a wide variety of subjects from those who live here.

LT's newest disco. It is VERY popular with those who really love to dance. LT is becoming known as a major destination for dancers, & Babylon is part of that scene. Don't expect it to start early though - not much going on before midnight...

Great store for French Products. ENORMOUS wine selection & definitely the best pastries in town (even better than the Boulangerie Francaise!). Spend US$50 or more and they will deliver the groceries to Sans Souci for free!
