Emigrant, MT is a hidden gem in the Paradise Valley. Emigrant is home to four restaurants. The Emigrant Outpost is a popular locals place, great pizzas and nightly specials. $$ The Old Saloon and Livery Stable offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. (Bar is open nightly, but restaurant not always open due to staffing issues) $$$ During summer months Follow yer Nose BBQ and Wild Flour Bakery hosts outdoor music on Thursday and Saturday. The BBQ is great "Southern Georgia BBQ" $$ The Sage Lodge is a new destination, open for food & drink. $$$$$

Chico Hot Springs is the hub of the Paradise Valley. The Main Dining Room @ Chico Hot Springs is open for breakfast (7:00-10:30) and dinner (5:00-9:30.. reservations required). The Poolside Grille is open daily from 11:00-10:00. The Chico Saloon is open daily from 11:00-1:00am. The Dining Room @ Chico Hot Springs is without a doubt the best restaurant in this area. Reservations can be made by calling 406-333-4933. The Chico Saloon is a friendly roadhouse saloon that overlooks the world famous Chico Hot Spring Pool. Casual dining, 12 Montana draft beers on tap, 40+ hand selected tequilas, 20+ bourbons and whiskeys, live music every Friday & Saturday and most Sundays through the summer months. Poker/machines, foosball table, pool table and shuffleboard for hours of entertainment. Children under 21 are welcome until 8:00. The Chico Saloon offers table side service from the Poolside Grille, great hamburgers, pizza, fresh salads. Try the "Mother-Lode"
