Delicious sushi, swanky atmosphere and new outdoor seating. If you are looking for a more upscale evening with an urban vibe while visiting the beach, this is the place to go. It is off the beaten path of Rehoboth Avenue so you will find more locals than tourists. They also have their own parking lot which makes it easier if you are driving. Good happy hour specials (currently 2 for 1 sushi at the bar).

The food is good, the crowd is eclectic and there is never a dull moment. The Purple Parrot has a Key West vibe and everyone is welcome. The Purple Parrot Biergarten can be accessed from Rehoboth Avenue down the side alley next to the main restaurant or directly via Wilmington Avenue. The Biergarten is a great summer outdoor venue with music, food, the after beach crowd at happy hour and great drinks. Service can be slow so go right to the bar to order drinks.

Parks & Nature
The Junction and Breakwater Trail allows both biking and hiking from Rehoboth all the way to Lewes. The trail is an excellent retreat from the beach and highway crowds. It is beautiful every season of the year.

A beautiful, natural state park that offers parking, beach access, a bike trail and beautiful vistas at every turn. This park does charge an entrance fee. If you go on the weekends in the summer, get there early as the parking lot can fill up quickly.

If you are a fan of Dogfish Head beer, make your way to Milton and take the brewery tour. There is a beer tasting at the end and plenty of merchandise to purchase as souvenirs. It is always fun and the drive to Milton is scenic. Milton is also a great little town to visit.
