Whitby has amazing eateries, here is my favouite.
Fantastic seafood restaurant situated on the other side of the harbour, beautiful ambience with good quality drinks. I recommend

Incredible views over Whitby's harbour, a relaxed place to meet for drinks or a meal, with some of the best views in town.
The brasserie serves fresh and exciting food. I recommend the Gumbo. The bar serves a great range of cocktails, as well as coffee, beers, and wines.

Fav place ever! Walk down to Sandsend along the beach and grab a taxi back. Alex has created something truly unique to the area, his east coast tasting evenings are a real treat, fresh locally sourced food with attention to detail. Bridge cottage bistro is my choice every time.

Best fish and chips in town. Chris is 3rd generation and we love that he is ethically minded. Clean, good quality and they buy sustainably.

Not to be missed, even if you just pop in for a Gin and stroke the velvet sofas. I garantee you will visit more than once. A little french dream with a big heart.
