This is the cutest little farm shop and closest to the house. If you are there for corn on the cob season, it's organic and one of those things we eat nightly. You can get lots of fresh produce here and be sure to pick up some flowers to take home. Their son makes his own brew of Vodka you can also buy at the farmer's market at Union Square. Check out where they make it.

The Algonquin is the best place to sit on the banks of Glimmerglass lake and take in the views. This is the source of the Susquehanna River and you can even go to the historic marker that marks the start of that journey. If you're an opera fan take in the sounds at Glimmerglass Opera House.
