Neighborhoods

There is a community beach only 4 miles down the road, across the Deal Island Bridge. There is a small marina and a boat ramp there also. You can see the BEST SUNSETS there! Trust me, I have seen sunsets in the Caribbean, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Hawaii, Alaska, I'll put our sunsets up with the best!

This is a place rich in all the nature of the Wetlands. There are two roads that will take you into the heart of the wetlands. Both roads are within a couple of miles from where you will be located. One is clearly marked a couple miles before the house as Preserved Wetlands the other is the first left going west - Riley Roberts Road. At the end of this road, is a favorite fishing a crabbing spot.

Kayaking Trails includes three trails of varying difficulty. Each trail is equipped with signs indicating direction, trail color, and a number, which can be used as a location reference with the trail map. All trails begin at the Dames Quarter boat ramp, a no-fee public boat ramp open year-round. trail descriptions and maps are available.

There isn't any food delivery serve here; the closest town with restaurants is 12 miles away in Princess Anne. The closest gas station is also in Princess Anne. It's a good idea to have gas in your vehicle and food so you can rest or explore. :-)
