Coffee Cat (07) 5438 1773 - is about 50m to the right as you walk out of the unit. It is great for breakfast (haven't tried there dinner yet). It does get quite busy so you can book or may just have to wait 20 mins or so.

Domenico's (07) 5492 8889 - is about 200m to the left and is a great little Italian restaurant. It is always busy so I would definitely suggest booking. There is also an ice cream shop next door.
There is a corner shop and bottle shop within walking distance just up from Domenico's
