Silverton has a number of restaurants overlooking Silver Creek in the downtown hub. My suggestion is to wander and check out menus along Water Street (about 4 blocks).
Great, authentic thai food. Manu and his wife are friendly and smiling. They are great people.

Great hiking, you get to see 10 waterfalls on an 8 mile hike, or you can shorten the hikes to the north and south parking lots and a short walk will allow you to see two dramatic waterfalls of over 100 feet falls.
