The setting on the beautiful Loyalsock Creek is so fun and relaxing. Dine inside and admire mounts of wildlife, dine outside with your feet in the sand or on the porch where you can watch bald eagles soaring overhead or waterfowl and humans alike frolicking in the water. Fishermen, kayakers, tubers and kids of all ages enjoy the pristine waters of DCNR'S 2018 River of the Year! On weekends when the weather cooperates you can dance in the sand to live music!

Just 6.7 miles away on Wallis Run Road is a great little hike to Jacoby Falls. It's a perfect place for a picnic and a 1.6 mile hike through part of Loyalsock State Forest to a lovely waterfall. Just a heads up... if you are visiting during a dry spell there won't be much or any water flowing over the edge. However, if you can catch this waterfall at the right time it is one of the most beautiful in Pennsylvania!

It's a perfect place for a picnic and a 1.6 mile hike through part of Loyalsock State Forest to a lovely waterfall. Just a heads up... if you are visiting during a dry spell there won't be much or any water flowing over the edge. However, if you can catch this waterfall at the right time it is one of the most beautiful in Pennsylvania!
