Tip: Get there early to get a table as there is usually a line waiting to get in.

Fresh ingredients for you to select from. The staff makes your order and they all wear gloves when preparing your food for purchase. Dine in/dine out. You can ask for extra anount of an ingredient with out getting a "weird look" from staff.( I love this) :-)
