This is a super DIY little hiking spot that you can access from the back of the neighborhood. Hike to the top of the hill and watch the sunset over downtown in the distance. Nothing is marked or mapped or anything which is the charm of this place.

Two playgrounds in a large fenced area about a block from the house. It's an on-leash park but you'll see LOTS of off-leash dogs there so avoid or be ready if your dog is reactive like ours is. The kid love is tho. Swings slides and a big covered basketball court smooth enough to skate.

Awesome paved trail starting from Govalle Park on Bolm Road. Skate, bike, walk, etc. When the city pool at the park is open it's basically the perfect place to be.
