Food & drinks

Where we like to go eat and drink. In the central Prague area, it’s 95% overpriced and "touristy" stuff, so this might help. Some of these are very low profile :)
University&theatre café bar, expect a chill "student" spot with coffee, snacks and small breweries on tap, also great prices for this main touristy pathway between Charles bridge and Old Town Sq.

I grew up in this region (Ondra). "Declared the first geopark in the country by UNESCO, the Bohemian Paradise area is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Czech Republic. One of the biggest attractions is the area of rock formations between the towns of Jičín and Železný Brod. Thanks to the forces of nature you can admire lofty sandstone forms here, worn into weird and wonderful shapes, some of which are 60m tall." To explore this region, we recommend Jan’s Experience: https://www.airbnb.com/experiences/1632164

Careful of tourist traps

Shady exchange offices, crap souvenirs, fake weed shops, asshole taxi drivers etc. - "Honest Guide" YT channel does a very good job to warn you so you avoid all these scams ;) By the way, Prague’s super popular "chimney cake" (trdelnik) is tasty, but not local & traditional at all, it’s Hungarian!
