My favorite spot to take friends and family on a hike during their visits. This trail offers beautiful views and is mostly shaded. Worth hiking even as little as a mile in or going to the top of Kineo mountain for a few miles round trip!

North Cheyenne Canyon RoadMy favorite spot to take friends and family on a hike during their visits. This trail offers beautiful views and is mostly shaded. Worth hiking even as little as a mile in or going to the top of Kineo mountain for a few miles round trip!
Free entry into the park. Beautiful rock formations and a view over the city! Most trails are paved with little inclines. Great place for a run or even just a stroll!

Colorados mini Grand Canyon! Entry fee to get into the bridge area, but the views are spectacular! Great place for families. Get tickets for the zip line over the gorge to spice up the experience! Or just chill on a ride across on the gondola! Worth the trip! It’s about an hour from the house.

Old mining town with loads of walking trails in the hills surrounding the town. Great place to check out some gold mining history! Victor also holds one of the nations largest active gold mines. The higher the route, the better the views! Expect about an hour drive from the house.

You can either take the road for a couple of miles and hike to a short overlook or drive all the way from the Springs to Victor for a few hour round trip tour of the mountains! Also a good free place to shoot blasters at spots a short drive off the road. Signs will indicate where it is legal! 🔫😏
