You can start this hike from the beach at Magens or at this trail head. It’s a family friendly hike, not too steep but the trail does have lots of rocks and roots to step over.

A challenging hike, it’s not a long hike but it’s straight up a rocky gut so it’s not the most kid friendly. Great view from the top!

Rental car is your best bet for getting around the island
We don’t have a reliable method public transportation or Uber. There are taxis but they are very over priced. We highly recommend a rental car with AWD or 4WD as our roads are steep and curvy. The driveway for Palm deck is steep.
