The closest public access is at the end of Sunset Ave, the next street south. Exit the building, turn left, then turn right on N. County Rd, then turn left on Sunset all the way to the end. It is a .3mi walk - not very far at all. If further directions are needed, the front desk can assist you! Enjoy!

In addition to using the parking placard for your own vehicle, you may use the complimentary valet service. When using the valet service, please use the phrase "Oceanview Terrace". This phrase will ensure you do not have to pay a fee to use the service. ***Please note, you do not have to use the parking placard if you use the valet service.
